Advice and Training in Food Science and Technology

Woodside Consulting was established by Len Woods in 1999 and since then it has helped a number of food manufacturing companies by giving assistance with food safety and quality management systems.

Woodside Consulting has taken part in the development of food safety legislation in a variety of countries including Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Philippines, Turkey and Indonesia. Laboratory experience has been used in improving testing infrastructure in Malawi, Mozambique, Dominica and Cambodia.

Woodside Consulting has provided interim management expertise at Technical Manager and Technical Director level for a variety of food producers.

Len is a qualified auditor and regularly carries out audits to the BRC global standard for food safety and has experience in GMO traceability. He has been listed by the IFST on its register of auditors and mentors.

Woodside Consulting also provides a range of training in food science and technology, particularly Food Safety and in HACCP.
